So ya started hitting the weights..
Why?
Cos ya saw some jacked dude on Instagram flexing?
Or one of your homies did?
Sorry to hear that..
I fell into the trap as well:
Eat weights.
Get clean.
Lift bitches.
Wait..
I'm not sure who told you this but-
This is NOT how it goes
(for the majority of men).
Take me:
I started training at 16 years old
And by the time I hit 21?
5 years lifting experience
looking like a young Chad
gettin all the girls..
Right?
Wrong.
Imma tell ya exactly WHY this happens:
(it'll happen to you)..
And only AFTER it's happened
Whatya can do to fix it.

1. Levels:
Lemme start by saying..
At 18 I thought I might be a Chad.
But looking back idk what the fuck I was seeing:
Yep. That was me.
Fat faced mess with no confidence.
Now.. I had *some* level of physical attractiveness (3 years lifting)
But not a lot.
See the thing is
Men overshoot their own physical appearance by ~20%
And the trap is they don't work on anything else.
I was:
drinking 5 nights/week
eating complete shit
sleeping 3-6 hours
This is where most men slip up:
They think just hitting a few weights makes you a Chad
But there's fucking LEVELS to this bro.
Whilst it's bad to compare yourself to the juicy Mike Thurston's
These are the ACTUAL attractive men
.. not lanky Steve from finance who has some abs from starving himself.
And when I say I hadn't been working on myself, I was also neglecting a HUGE part of attractiveness:
2. Social skills:
Harsh truth:
Lifting weights doesn't make you approach any more girls.
I was too scared before I had muscle
..and I was still too scared after.
Lifting is the gateway to confidence, charisma, persona..
But it definitely isn't 'em.
Like 3 years ago I was bigger and leaner than I am today.
The result?
The same shy, insecure Scrawnmeister (with some muscles)
In fact my inflated ego made me passive aggressive if anything.
See what guys don't realise is:
Confidence comes from within.
Only in the last year of working on myself entirely have I developed attractiveness
And guess how many inches my biceps grew:
Zero.
The MIND is the 80% of attractiveness, not the body.
🔘 Brain gains
Your physical attractiveness is simply a reflection of your mind.
If ya ain't:
reducing stress
speaking to women
building something
following a regiment
improving your knowledge
These things show BIG TIME.
Your shitty insecurities, charisma, demeanor all seep into your body language.
-this is what they don't tell you about attractiveness.
But how does lifting tie in?
Over MANY years, you become more disciplined, self-assured and stem into other areas.
As I said.. lifting is the gateway. Not the solution.
3. Ego:
Another mistake dudes make is chasing numbers.
I can tell you now:
NO GIRLS GIVE A FUCK ABOUT 'WHAT YA BENCH BRO'.
You'll get caught in this at some point..
Chasing arbitrary lifts to.. ?
Show off to your other bros.
Then ya walk into le club at 25% bodyfat on Saturday, and wonder:
Why aren't any girls liking my strength??
You gotta:
stop making the gym your entire personality
Look at what women ACTUALLY want:
4. Aesthetic lifting:
You may've seen me mention this a coupla times.
This is the exact style of training you do to:
gain respect from men
become attractive to women
develop that REAL confidence
And this is where 99% of guys fuck up.
They go in not knowing what to train and just copy some gym bro routine.
This is what I did.. and I looked BAD.
I'm gonna go into this more in the future
