It shivers down your spine?
Yep that one.
It's fucking 4:15am
One eye half open I hit snooze
'Just a quick 5 more minutes'.
I open my eyes again
Check my phone:

Throw on my overalls and dash out the door for another 12 hour day in hell.

Stumbling into work and downing my Monster
I try to look alive.
Soon as the coast is clear I hide the toilet and go back to sleep.
Go through the day in this constant fuzz and lack of consciousness
And repeat tomorrow.
This was my life 3 years ago..
Now why do I tell ya this?
Well it was around this time I started feeling ๐ฝ๐ฟ๐ฒ๐๐๐ ๐๐ต๐ถ๐
And noticed I had every symptom in the book:
fatigue
anxiety
low libido
timidness
low energy
unmotivated
no confidence
feeling miserable
constant exhaustion
The worst part?
๐ ๐ฅ๐ช๐ฅ๐ฏ'๐ต ๐ฌ๐ฏ๐ฐ๐ธ ๐ธ๐ฉ๐บ
Let alone how to fix it.
Sound familiar?
I spent a long time tryna figure out why my brain wasn't working
And just felt like a dumbass 90% of the time.
But I eventually figured out how to skyrocket my brain function, cognition, IQ, memory call
Everything.
It wasn't books.
Or courses.
It was actually doing 1 thing:
Becoming a full blown ๐๐ฎ๐ข ๐๐ง๐ค.
3 years later I'm convinced:
The journey I took in the last few years is the ๐ฆ๐๐ก๐๐๐ ๐๐๐ฆ๐ง way to transform your brain and your life.
Here's the story โด

Step 1: The basics
Thru 2020 I was workin' 72 hour weeks
Whilst studying for my Personal Trainer certificate.
This led me to:
Getting sick
Sleeping 3-5 hours
And drinking most nights.
'What could possibly be wrong with me ??'

Whilst all this was goin on
My main focus was making those sweet gains for tha ladies.
When I say I was obsessed
It's all I thought about.
So I started wondering:
'Why haven't I got bigger in months?'
Instead of listenin to how shit I felt and my awful mental health
I went thru my Bro Troubleshooter 101:
more protein?
more sets?
more reps?
It must be 1 of em..
I bumped my protein from 200g to 220g
Hit 15-20 sets on every muscle
Even started going on my rest days.
Months went by and?
Still nothing.
So outta options, I looked at some other shit.
Am I 'healthy'?
Does this even matter??

After needing to dirty bulk thru my teens to get any decent muscle
I'd concluded health and gains work separate.

So I thought:
Maybe I'll sleep 7 hours.
Do I drink much water?
Not really. Let's get a few litres in.
Am I fucking myself with substances?
Probably.
But I wasn't giving up booze. No way..
So I slept better and stopped being dehydrated-
What happened?
My lifts went up.
FUCK YEAH.
Ok - maybe there's something to this health thing..
The next thing I did?

Step 2: Become an information sponge
I became obsessed with gettin healthier
.. as my small lil head translated this to more gains
And moar gains = moar girls .
Books
Reddit
Studies
Youtube
Errything I could get my hands on.
But the weirdest part?
I was finally able to digest information.

Right through school I had a huge problem
Where I couldn't learn.
Words blurred together
And I'd forget everything 1 hour later.
But now my brain had turned on
And what happened?
My body turned on too.
This was a phenomenon (to me):
The brain lives inside the body.
So when our brain performs
Our body performs.
This was the moment I started focussing on getting smart through health..

At the time I'd just taken my Nutritional exam
And learnt all this stuff about food and biology..
- turns out it's all BS.
Most 'Personal Trainers' have 0 clue
I mean 0.
A 6 week course & you regurgitate the same shpiel the Govt says..
Realising we're in a fucked system
It became apparent:
I must become my own doctor.
Whatever it takes to get GENUINE male health advice
This time for my LIFE not gainz and gurlz.
Few months later I quit my oil and gas job to pursue a Master's degree.
And for once it felt like I had the advantage.
Gettin the right nutrients for the body and mind
My gym performance was still improving
And I was going Super Saiyan in my engineering degree.
But still had most of the symptoms from before..
It made no sense.
Shortly after I stumbled into a new world of pharmacology thanks to the YouTubers MorePlatesMoreDates and Greg Doucette
(2020 Greg tho..)
And then I found it:
Step 3: Testosterone
I wasn't on social media
And didn't have the swarm of @MasculineAnon69 accounts spurting stuff about 'high T males'
As far as I knew, you only got high T from steroids
But after researching how male health and hormoney stuff worked
I was shocked.
All the shit they tell ya to do, to be 'healthy'
Was actually FUCKING me.
And that's when I first considered:
I may have low testosterone.
After wanderin over to the mirror
And seeing a reasonably jacked guy
I thought:
'Nahh surely not'.
The next few months go by and I'm still performing well
But the problem?
I had 0 confidence to speak to a woman.
And by this point I hadn't had sex in 6 months.
So it was time to go see the Doc.
I explained my symptoms and asked about a Testosterone test
You know what he said?
'Men under 40 have perfectly fine Testosterone'
And sent me away.
Feeling pretty upset I started researching
Here's what the data showed:
Testosterone has plummeted AT LEAST 30% in the last 30 years.
But what was the media saying?
'Any level over 250 is average'
So I booked a private tested.
But at the time, people were askin why the hell I was getting blood tests.
'Just leave your body alone' my friends and family said
But if I learnt one thing:
It's do the complete opposite of everyone else.
2 weeks later I got my results:
340 ng/dl.
Well shit.
At this point I'd been training hard for 7 years
And was only 22 years old.
Yet I had the T levels of a 70 year old man in 2000.
Now my plan wasn't just to get smarter
It was to get more T.
So I cycled back to food
And designed a new diet for optimal T and brain health:
Eggs
Steak
Spinach
Berries
More steak
Shit loada veggies
Grass-fed butter or Ghee
To name a few.
I stuck with this for a while then stumbled upon an article from Art of Manliness:
And that's when I considered:
Step 4: Supplementation
For the 7 years I trained, I only used Creatine on and off with pre-workouts
And sometimes a trash multivit.
My blood test showed low Vitamin D (made sense being from the UK)
And my cholesterol showed I had low HDLs (healthy fats).
After searching round a bit more, I had my first stack:
Creatine
Magnesium
Cod Liver Oil
Vitamin D 5k IU
(now this has developed into it's own beast and I've experimented over 50 supplements and nootropics)

But what made a HUGE difference in brain function were:
1. Creatine
The most powerful natural enhancer in the world:
Creatine.
At this point Iโm using it solely for the cognitive benefits.
Itโs literally like gaining that part of your brain that's been missing
And any muscle increase is a cherry on top.

2. Nootropics
Some of my favourite are:
NAC
L Tyrosine
Alpha GPC
L Theanine
Lionโs Mane
All have their place but have profound effects on cognition and brain output.
3. Electrolytes
Not a single supplement
But they work together to get the body and brain what it needs.
Specifically I use:
Himalayan salt (sodium)
Magnesium Threonate
And usually get enough Potassium from diet.
Magnesium is the almighty nutrient however
Especially at night giving you a greater, deeper sleep.
4. Vitamins
Vitamin D3 - Getting out of a Vitamin D deficiency is incredible.
B Complex - gives great energy boost (get Methyl version).
EPA & DHA - great for the mind but difficult to get โcleanโ versions.
Multivitamin - โThorne Elite Multivitaminโ has great bio-availability.
Then final piece of the puzzle:
Step 5: Speaking to hot women
WAIT!!
I know what ya thinking:
โIma just skip this and do the other stuffโ
But I promise
This brings the HIGHEST boost to you as a man.

Point is you get outa your comfort zone and into social pressure.
Now I get it - shit's daunting when ya out of practice
But the biggest boost in cognition I've 'felt'
is straight after chatting with some chick
(this means OUTSIDE of work or girls you're already friends with).
Just get out there and make some lil chat with strangers
Big or small
Your T will thank you
Your brain will thank you
And your endorphins + confidence will go thru the roof.
Even from rejection - you feel masculine energy
And that's what this whole 3 year endeavourโs been about:
