It was a Tuesday night in September as I took the laptop out for the 5th time today.

Loaded up a vid:

By this point I couldn't give a fuck what it was..

And went to town.

Now I'm sure you're waiting for the anecdote or hit you with

'Such a filthy min bro!!'

But no catches here.

I was sad. Depressed. Addicted to:

  • weed

  • porn

  • alcohol

I could paint a second picture for alcohol..

But ya get the gist.

I had so many dreams and aspirations as a kid..

FAM

Where did it all go wrong?

This magic question took me YEARS to find the answer..

Well I've found there's 1 reason you're not when ya want to be in life right now:

Mindset.

You can be trapped in your own shackles

And never even notice.

When I couldn't wait to hit the 5th fap

Or the 10th bottle

My mindset was that life couldn't be different so why would I fucking try?

But this mindset ALMOST destroyed me.

For the longest I had crippling anxiety, shame and disgust in myself..

What ya gotta realise is:

Your vices are causing your shit life, not the other way round.

Last year I drastically cut my alcohol and started understanding the years of self-destruction.

I even taught myself 45 REASONS to stop drinking:

The way this was possible was to believe there's a better life out there.

You CAN have your dream life.

That one as a kid.

Or your adult dream.

You just gotta flip the fuck outta ya situation

And refuse to accept the average plate society's tried to serve you.

Now it's all well and good having your 'mind right'..

But you gotta take Action:

After all, education without action is just empty words.

I was working as an in-person PT back in 2021 - hating my life.

When my clients were done I'd grab a crate of beer and head home to PH.

I knew it was wrong and had the mindset to make things better..

But I still wasn't doing anything about it.

This is where the shift came:

Recognition and acceptance.

After trying a few times to just 'stop' I'd fall back to the start.

This was a serious problem

And couldn't be fixed overnight.

I dropped my ego and started strategising HOW I was gonna get over almost 10 years addiction.

What I came up with was:

Need of a bigger purpose.

I told myself every night that these addictions were PLUMMETING my testosterone

(and they were, my T was ~350ng/dl)

That's when I made increasing testosterone my #1 goal in 2022.

I'd research for hours every night and implement everything I could.

From here, I began working with my mindset shifts

And over the year began phasing the bad habits out.

Around 1 year since starting I can proudly say I've overcome every addiction.

Now.. this was FAR from easy.

But I wanna show you that it is possible.

What ya need is that BIGGER PURPOSE.

If you focus your energy there, it WILL be PAINFUL

But THAT'S where you'll find gold.

From here it's about mapping ya life out in alignment of those dreams.

You have no vices.

You can do anything you want.

Go anywhere you want.

Brother we live in the internet age.

Let 2023 be the year you take control of your shit.

Start taking action daily that pulls you away from everything blocking you in life:

  • hate job = spend weekends learning and building

  • hate relationship = be truthful with your partner and yourself

  • bad friend group = get relentless cutting people off

  • lacking confidence = start weightlifting just twice a week

Like I knew my life was hindered by my low T

I used that to fuel every improvement..

And that's exactly what you need to do.

Don't sleep on these, they've literally transformed my life in less than 12 months.

Apply the formula to your situation & stick at it AT LEAST 6 months and you can transform everything.
